De-identified AI
Before anything reaches an AI model, names, NDIS and Medicare numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers and emails are swapped for placeholders, then restored in the reply you see. If anything identifying is left, the request is refused. Built to support NDIS and Australian Privacy Principles obligations.

Goals with a trend

- Can we use Aldra without AI for some participants?
- Yes. Aldra AI can be turned off for any Case, at intake or later, with a reason recorded. While it is off, drafting, chat and plan import are unavailable for that Case and the server refuses AI requests about it. Everything else works as normal.
- Does the AI see who our participants are?
- Not by name. Before any request reaches an AI model, Aldra replaces names, NDIS and Medicare numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers and emails with placeholders, and puts the real details back in the reply you see. If a final check still finds anything identifying, the request is refused and nothing is sent.
- How do we bring our participants in?
- Add each participant from their NDIS plan. Upload the plan, review the drafted Case, and the participant, plan, budgets and goals are created together. You can also enter the details by hand.
- Does Aldra save what it reads without anyone checking?
- No. Aldra never saves funding or clinical details it has read from a document until a person confirms them, and the imported plan stays linked to the document it came from.
- Where is our data kept?
- The application, the database and the file store are hosted in Australia. AI requests go through an Australian sovereign gateway running in Australian data centres.
- What happens when we outgrow Free?
- Free covers one active participant for as long as you need it. Move to a paid plan when you add more. If a trial ends without a plan, the workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
